As of yesterday all sat**Ta channels have gone off with a message " Please wait codes being updating" before that it asks for " insert card",all other channels are OK . I am from the preston area served by a cable company Smallworld.I have a Eurovox max red box

This happens to me every other day. i just re-scan and al the santa channels come back

I did that several time without any luck any other ideas?

Note the Santa channel frequencies delete the channels then do a scan on the frequencies you noted.
