Default OTP Tag Area

I'm writing a Mosc Rom 10 in Nagra Edit at the moment.
Looking at the data editor in Code Space I see the first section is called OTP Tag Area.
What is the significance of this ?
When I write the image to a card and read it back the info in this section changes slightly,a few digits differ .
Is this normal or does it not matter ?

It stands for One Time Programmable area the idea is once a bit is set in this area it cannot be changed back to zero. In this way the cards can be marked for one, and this has been exploited in some for the keyroll methods because the non genuine crads do not have this area.

I see.
Its mostly 00 in that area bar 4 digits.
The original viewing card has that area too but different 4 digits are non zero.
Will a slight difference here make any difference to the card autorolling ?
