it sounds silly but canu change the EEPROM Revision:
I have a EEPROM Revision: RevB04 if i wanted can i change it to EEPROM Revision: RevB0D.

The B04 is a non locking image, use the DD locking image from downloads if thats what you want, you will have to unloop it next time though.

you can change the revision on your card to what tou want but if you change it to whatever make sure you can get bk into it ....i changed one to bpp once and a cow it was to get into ask mikedata.....lol

will post up how to do it later

revision do change, had one card with b0d it changed b04 and the bd0 changed as well.

is it safe to use the B04 non locking image? i guess what am trying to ask is which image or rev is the safest to use? as i have already fried one of my MOSC cards and this is my last 1 if y'know what i mean

any open image is not very good to use as it is easily accesable for a killer emm, i.e to kill your card....hence thats why your mosc has been hit

use a blockered image and it should be fine, as red says there must be on in the d/load section called the dd one ..i dont use any thing thats public so cannot comment apart from it must lock as you need the unlooper to get back into the card

but a hint you can emulate a perfect image without a blocker and i work a treat, and the stb thinks its there latest one ....lol

a bit of hard work was involved but it works a treat
