pace box not booting

hi my box is ditv-1000 phase 1b am trying to booot up the box am in tw area set the fun4 card with net id setter before i put the card in i go to em there the set the freq set the pin then put the card in after few sec i get the ntl logo come up and its frezee nottin happens do these box still update in tw area thanks

Have you reset the box before trying to change the netid with the card.

yes the talk back is cut and yes its on live feed i have set the freq thanks

get the latest netid program from downloads and reflash using that with your bn11 in exteep. reboot leave it to update took my box bout 15mins to update
