Starview 1 scan always fail help plz

hello there

i got a starview 1. anytime i do the scanning it always fail. i don't know if i am the one doing something wrong. my cable provider is NTL. this belo is how i did the connection

NTL cable to starview plug cable input. and starview cable output to TV. i have also connected the scart from starview to TV.

i have flash the box with the latest clone auto fix. on the system information it said as below

Api Ver: 2.57e-E
Boot Ver: 7.0

Which area are you in?

My provider was NTHell but am actually an ex C+W area.

Try different providers.
