Disney + Sky Premiere Gone

Hello everybody I used to get the Disney an sky premiere channels but recently they dissapeared. I have b.een reading various posts and see that they should be on Frequency 491.000

I have done a powerscan a few times but still doesnt pick this frequency up. I have manually added this frequency but still doesnt find the channels. I live in the Manchester area.

Does anybody else have any suggestions on how I can get them again? They did used to be there.

Thanks Ronster have just added it but still doesnt find any channels. Cant think what is wrong or what I could do. Anymore suggestions? Apart from sling the whole thing through the window?

when youve added the frequency are you then doin a channel update on that frequency

Once added the frequency select OK on that frequency to get the tick then I click blue for a manual scan and it goes black for a second and then does a quick search and finds nothing.

Symol rate 6.877 modulator QAM64

Are these correct?

symbol rates wrong m8 it should be 6887 or 6952 im north manchester so its 6952 but if you south manchester way you'll be 6887
