Samsung 2110 ird

Hi all i have unlooped the card from samsung 2110c but when i read it i have got the bk but the ird is just o,s any ideas.

posting this thread twice dont speed it up you know

anyway get the IRD from the Eng menu
power off than press and hold up and down wait 1 min let go
