hi im new to this just bought the sb5100e flahed with sigma got my macs and got online but when i do a speed check it only gets about 10meg and not 20meg the file im useing as got bund03 in it which means it the top package could any one help

What time of day did u try the speed test? they speed cap at busy times of the day altho a 20 meg would usually drop to 4 or 5 but if they were busy at the time could explain ur speed.

hi thanks for getting back i tried different times the highest speed i got was 11meg down to 5 meg when the best time to try a speed test

Sometimes when VM are advertising / selling customers 20mb, the area that they live in hasn't been upgraded.
Like you I had a modem with a 03bundle MAC, but the fastest I ever got was 17MB and that was on a Sunday at 3am! I checked it again on Sunday evening (prime 'throttling' time) and it was down to 5MB. I felt like ringing up VM to complain. LOL!
