just flashed no signal?

put it onto one of the channels you are having problems with
then press the info button on the remote twice and tell us what the signal level and quality is

last night i tried doing a scan and it only found the previous channels i posted.this morning i tried again and got 224 channels and it tuned in?? then i tried putting the splitter on and it wouldn't work again.

i then put the box back to how it was (just 1 cable) but when i go to scan the screen before is just stuck on 8% signal where as before it was about 80-85%??? will it be my cable i am using? bout it from media channels along with the splitter and it says its what n*l use.weird thing is it has been working sumtimes then not??

could be dodgy connection? when it moves slightly........BAM! signal drops out?

It rather looks like your problem is associated with the splitter or cable
double check your connections are made up correctly

i have just bought new connections for the end of the cable and i did give it a quick try last night but i didn't get all the channels i was getting.sumtimes it come up with the names sumtimes it just said TV1 etc.am gonna give it another try in a bit and otherwise get all new cable and see if that works.

The max v has a inbuilt signal booster,( menu, TV settings ) turn it on ,if its already on turn it off and try it then, if the signal is to strong it has the same affect as a low signal strength.

i dont have the signal booster option on my settings?? it did have but when i put the new firmware on i think it went???
