what box ur trying to change netid ?, open libby then open network id, look for ur area then press execute command, make sure to pull red jumper, and use correct config files.

box is pace 1000 phase 1b i manage to set net id but the box is not updateing when i go to em i see my net id to my area is set and i set the freq but the box is not updateing why please advice thanks

Try a forced update, hold standbye and power on till 0000 on display, then press favorites > interactive > tv guide > tv in that order you will get 4321 then press ok.

If you have a good signal its probably a tuner fault, you have tried all the usual stuff, if net id and freq are ok and its not updating, have you got a spare CIM you can try( the tuner looking bit that cable goes into) ?
