ARGOS throw in 3 yr warranty

Friend of mine bought a Sony last week at ARGOS,its was 37 inch LCD
reduced from £699 to £499, this model had freeview, he asked if the
set had a 3 year gurantee, well said the woman the other model does
(same model number) but without freeview.

My friend said as mine has the same model number I want the 3 year warranty to close the deal, big huddle in the corner,one phone call to the god of argos, after huddle response was, the web had an error and
because it is the same series exact as the web we will throw in the extra 2 years for nothing. Deal done. On the web still there today both have the same series number, one with freeview one without.
