I Got An Ntl250 Modem If I Were To Change Mac Address Or Ip Adress Will I Get More Megs And Can Virgin Trace It

You will have to flash it first, then you can change mac and configer your speed, but make sure you spoof your pc or router mac, then thay can't trace it to you,
but don't flash a subbed modem,
