Default Help required!

When you press the exit button to get the Programme info, sometimes the end part is cut off. How do you read the part that does not appear on the screen initially? Or is it a bug?
I have a Eurovox MAX V, by the way.
Thanks in advance.

I have read somewhere that either the box is set in widescreen and the whole epg cant display or your tv screen is in the wrong mode for the epg to be displayed

Try changing the TV Aspect ratio or screen mode on your box in tv settings on the menu

hope u get it sorted
