Help not getting a picture.

Help i have my motor up and running and also installed my image. Then i downloaded a motor vchannel addon that listed all the channels. Now i can't get a signal when i turn on the channel it says tune failed. I know my satellite is pointing in the right direction as it works when i plug the feed into my old satellite reciever and can view the channels straight away.

I know its got something to do with my tuner configuration in the dreambox but i don't know what to put in the boxes. i couldn't see a guide about it. please help sucks being a newbie to this
