Hi newbie in need of help, I gave my eurovox max v (black) box to a friend who said he had also had to update his box too, well to cut a long story short my box now has no channels and just displays 0000 and the same with his (yes he balls it up

)
any advice on getting it up and running again

also from checking on this site i've found out my box is a clone, oh what a day I'm having

After powerscan, you need to update your channels. Menu, installation, user installation, press red button.

Serch for a .cdf ( channel data file ) for your area and load this to box using dnupman.
This will sort your problem.
