TCB toolbar problem

hi peeps.

i have just downloaded tcb toolbar and when i click on the key icon a pop up window comes up and says click on the "skip adverts" to view the keys.

problem is there is nothing tangible to click on. i can see the skip adverts in yellow text with an underline but its not clickable.

i have refreshed the toolbar, unistalled it shut down reinstalled it then shut down again and its not working.

any thoughts?

I suggest you download Mozilla Firefox and install the Firefox version (if you're not using it already)

You won't have any errors re: ads there. Firefox + Adblock = no ads

ok did that and im still getting the pop up window saying click on skip adverts to go to keylist.

and i still cant click on it.

I have this toolbar on both my IE and FF and both are working fine.

Were you downloading and installing the toolbar from www_thechatterbox.cc?

Yes, if you downloaded it from elsewhere it may be rogue, i.e. full of adware/spyware. If that's the case download Ad-aware free from lavasoft.com and run a scan.

You've probably got some adblocker, popup blocker, java script blocker or the like stopping you.

As above, works fine in both ie and ffox here

I'm getting the exact same problem!! Can get past the 'skip advert' section!!

Ok, got it working!!

I just uninstalled the original toolbar. Took off me firewall and anti-virus software. Re-installed the toolbar and it worked.

Then I checked the keys and there the ones I already have AND they dont work!! This is an outrage.....

NOW I have to watch Hollyoaks

go to your existing TCB.cc toolbar and click on TCB.cc, then it will ask have u tried my new toolbar, click on it and follow instrutions mate. all will be well!
