Default please wait, code being updated

Hi guys,
I have a Eurovox max v - had it for about 1 year - got the latest firmware on it (April) with auto roll for the codes. Today the box keeps saying "please wait, code being updated"
I remember this happening late March this year when Virgin managed changed the Rom - do you think that this has happened again? and will we all have to wait for a new firmware?

have you tried to unplug the stb and plug back in

Check that emmulation is on.Go into Menu...language settings...OK...enter 1968. You will get 2 extra options emm and emmulation capture
enable both options then put it on sky sports 1 an let it update

hey i have a euro vox max 07 box and when ever i turn it on all that comes up is code updating please wait.so on a number of times i have left it for a few hours and still nothing has happened do u have any suggestions as what i shud do ?

Yes ....do a google search for the TCB..cc toolbar and download it,then click on the icon for files and fixes,in there you will find the software for your particular make of box,download that and install to your box and it will update automatically ...if you dont know how to do that,suggest you read Ronsters guide on how to in the stickies at the top of the list .....

my box keeps saying.. code being updated, tried everything, no luck, what is the proper way to put a new code in or is there something i am doing wrong, havent got a clue realy.

have you put codes in before?
if not easy way is press menu and then yellow button

1. Press Menu, then yellow button, enter provider ID.
2. Provider IDs are 54 01 for N**, 5A 01 for Te*ew***, 5C 01 for C**, 5E 01 for Ch**us.
3. Enter 00 line first and then 01 line. Press OK and exit to view.

Note the on screen guide at the bottom of page for letter entry, numerical entry use remote numbers as normal.
