Evening crew... I've been playing around with flashing various images this evening and found Blade Quad to be pretty nifty and have some cool features (like EPG on the LCD) etc.

I found, however, that flicking from one channel to the next - especially using the channel up/down keys - had a big lag of several seconds. Sportster has probably a 1 second gap between changing channels and no laggy response from hitting the remote key to something actually happening on screen.

The rom booted fast and menus were fast apart from this. Has anyone else experienced this? I disabled EPG on LCD and that didn't help.

Check some of the settings in the miscellaneous menu.

Try setting repeat delay to 25 and generic delay to 0.
