i have the latest patch installed but would like to know how to input dcw keys?

is there a guide/tutorial about?

DCW keys tend to be temporary fix when a channel is having problems with its main encryption. They tend not to last very long.

Which channels are you hoping to open with DCW's?

sorted

goto the channel that is open via dcw/cw

press 8 2 8 0 on remote
use a blank line and input the keys
exit and save
