i have just had my box flashed and have gone through the three symbol rates and autoscanned after each but I still only get a max of 50 channels when before the box was flashed I had access to 200+. Can anyone tell me what is going wrong and what I should be seeing on the nagra vision screen - should there be various codes /none r just mine? i thought I had cracked this box milarky but now am totally bamboozled Thanks

I take it you didn't save a channel data file before flashing

the menu/yellow button sometimes shows no keys but if you go in the long way, Menu/Language Settings and key in 1968 twice you will see the codes

Do a factory reset menu/config/clear data and do a full powerscan on the correct symbolrate

Ehh, perhaps I'm reading this wrong but in step 1 you say you are connecting the box to the PC and leaving in standby, why are you leaving it in standby? It needs to be on before you run the program. It will go through a downloading stage and finally a writing stage, wait till you get the downloading successful message Then set up your box to your TV and cable feed.
Then do a Fast Install from the Menu
