i have just purchased a eurovox maxv for my dad but dont know were 2 start please help

at the moment there is problems with the codes ,so you might not be able to view any channels untill you get the codes.

you should have received a mannual with it, and just simply follow the steps.

if you have done that, and still can not receive any channels then i suggest that you download the chatterbox (bigmaq) toolbar and click on the key icon. once you have done that find your provider, and then enter the codes.

you do that by clicking on the menu button on your remote, and the once on language settings click on the yellow button and a new screen should appear- that allows you to enter in the codes.

follow the instructions, and then click OK and it should work
