I've just bought a dbox off e bay with the description above with a picture of a nokia dbox 2 and surprise surprise, a nokia dbox 1 turns up, what do you guys think i should do, complain to ebay? I've noticed it's described as a "nokia dbox dbox 2 ideal for sportster & cammando image"but dbox 1 cant be flashed with sportster or cammando can it? And the item picture is nokia dbox 2!!!

Easy, complain to seller, not as described.
![]() If he doesn't comply paypal chargeback. and if paypal don't play ball, complain to your credit card company. If you didn't pay by credit card, you should have. item no?

As far as I'm aware ebay/paypal always side with the buyer.
If a seller's been lying, start a dispute. Edit: yeah hook us up with the item #!! |

I guess you should first attempt to communicate with the seller first, i.e. say it's not as stated and that you want a refund. If he agrees be sure to send it recorded delivery and keep any documents you get from the post office - bad sellers are known to say you haven't sent an item back and screw you over at the last minute. With the proof of postage note you're covered in a dispute. |

![]() You have to remember, a lot of sellers on ebay are idiots, just the other day I found an NTL box being described as a satellite receiver, so the seller of this dbox1 could have just seen the Dbox logo and assumed it was a Dbox2, I probably would have before I got into Dboxes.... ![]() |
