Hi,
Sorry to be a pain, but I am unable to find the download for the red button fix. Which firmware is it that I need to use to fix the Audio Description problem? |

You've just bumped a thread thats over a year old - all current firmwares have the red button fix and they've had it for some while. Try just hitting the red button and changing the audio channel.

I have tried hitting the Red button, and selecting a different option, but the Audio Description still stays on. When I hit the red button, I get the option of English and Unknown!! No sure what else to try?? Any suggestions would be appreciated!

I'm not sure how old your box is but you should try downloading the latest firmware via the Bigmaq toolbar. (pretty easy to navigate). You'll need to update it either via a rs232 cable or usb drive depending on what box you have.
BigMAQ Toolbar Download (ps the names aren't important in the red button, just select whichever one is not selected - regardless if it's named 'Unknown') |
