hi, i have a eurovox max red and suddenly the colour went on it and now every channel is in grey and ive tried everything with the scart sockets and the white cable, but it just wont go back to colour, so any suggestions on how to get it back to colour ?

is it your tv? have you tried a dvd.

If its not the scart. Press menu, config, TV setting and make sure it is set at PAL.

no its not my tv i tried it on other tv's and its still grey, also i made sure it was set to PAL, and its still grey NO colour at all, although one time i turned the box off by the plug and turned it back on and it went back to colour, but suddenly about 10 mins later it went back to grey, and hasn't been colour since

could be a component on way out have you tried reinstalling sw you could also open the box up to see if any components look like they have blown and you could also try conecting to tv without useing scarts to see if its a problem with the scart sockets on the box
