Default 0% signal quality on some 19E transponders

Finally the rain stopped,so managed to get the ladders out.
I installed a monoblock to the Triax TD88.
However,I've noticed today, that many vertical and a couple of horizontal transponders have 0% SQ on only Astra1:

11685V-varies between 0%-30%(breakup)
0% SQ on following TPs:
11567V
11538V
12603V
11508V
10979V
12603H
12574H

Now this monoblock has been on a Zone 2 minidish, and all the above transponders have been booming in,despite it being an undersized dish for a monoblock.
Even the zone 1 minidish has no problem with these transponders.
Is it a simple case of misalignment/elevation,bearing in mind there is absolutely no problem with other vertical transponders on Astra 1 and no problem with Hotbird whatsoever?
Or is it a leafage problem, despite my earlier attempt at hard pruning of foliage.
Thanks for any help.

I have just checked a few of those frequencies on lyngsat and they all seem to have an S/R of 22000, have you imput the correct S/R when scanning for these channels?
If you have check that you have the LNB set up correctly in your receivers settings.

Thanks Mickha.
I should have stated that all the transponders had been scanned in previously with the correct symbol rate of 22000 and all channels stored, and the lnb/diseqc settings are all correct.
Hotbird: Diseqc port A
Astra 1: Diseqc port B
Universal lnb setting
I'm watching Dr Dish on Astra 1,as I type and that is a vertical transponder on Astra 1(12246V),and SQ is 84%.
When the monoblock was on the zone 2 minidish(until yesterday),the SQ for these transponders was 80-95%,and i did have a couple of other transponders with 0% SQ,(on both Astra 1 and Hotbird).
I put that down to the zone 2 minidish being undersized for a monoblock.
However,with a larger dish,I didn't expect a repeat of the same problem,on transponders that I no problem with,on Astra 1 previously.

I assume you were using the same receiver, and settings, when previously viewing these channels on your other dish using the same monobloc LNB.
Were you using the same cable or have you changed the cable?
All the channels you are experiencing problems with seem to have a S/R of 22000 which I can't see being a coincidence, do you have any problems with any channels using an S/R of 27500 or other?
Can you currently receive 11597 V 22000 BBC World News?

If anything, you should have a better signal on the Td88. The Monobloc wouldn't of performed absolutely perfect on the mini-dish as it's an eliptical dish and requires a matched feed horn.

Sounds as if it may well be slight alignment problems

Thanks Mickha and satelliteman, for the help.
Same receiver, new cable(in fact better cable CT100,previously was Shotgun WF65,Monoblock,being twin output).
Checked on another receiver, and switched to the other ouput, same problem.
BBC World was receivable, but still had reduced quality 50% rather than the usual 99%
After an hour or three
Despite, just hacking down part of a Malvia in full bloom
It turns out it was misalignment(azimuth not elevation).
All the "missing" transponders have SQ around 80-90% now.
I'm dreading putting,on the 4 LNB multi-bracket,which was supposed to be the intended permanent set-up.
Thanks for all the help, til next time.
