ambit250 is there a way to reset the username and password to change the mac in config tool please help.

Gl to finding a way because dont you disable the telnet option when protecting the modem and when you use ambit or 250_config it asks for a username you could always try using the change button in 250_configurator.exe

dont thing trying to change via 250 config will work tbh sorry

if you have a max232 cable then you can connect by ticking the serial rather than the telnet option with 250configurator and change your mac without neededing the password/username.
