helo can some1 help ive got a pace 4001 box ive got the numbers and stuff but the box well booting just keeps getting stuck on eaas or errs which ever it is then lait just keep flicking between them 2 does any1 know of anything.

the box is trying to take an update first take the card out and let the box roll number then the errs will apear and evantually will go and the box will load up.

Hi iv got 1 of these.....my dad brought it years ago, & it was supposed to be chipped and he was getting all the channels, then after 6 months they went off.............so it stayed in the cupboard for about 2 years ...now hes gave it me iv plugged it in & all im getting now is all free view channels with virgin, can anyone tell me whats the best thing to do with it so i can get all channels again. will i have 2 re-program the card again or do anything to the box,! there is some numbers on the underneath, thats been wrote in marker pen ? shurly they have something to do with it......i would be very greatfull for any help thank;s

yea u will need the number there should be 16 digit which is boxkey and 8 digit number starting with 12 is the IRD for ur box, these are important when programming, also check the card what type of card is it ?,

o.k ty im looking now!............and the card iv got is a fun card1 ( i think )
..............so witch programmer would be the best to buy ....for these type of card's ..thx 4 the help |

u will need some software and if was in cupboard for years it will be updating from telewest to virgin menus. I use funcard 4 on my pace 4000`s and not had a problem in 3 years. In fact card only gone 3 times or 4 in that time. Infinity USB Unlimited is a good reader/writer for your card as well, need any help just pm me
