Default Newbie-flashing problem

Can anyone please help me, I have flashed an image to dbox2 but it failed and now it wont start up and I cannot connect to it to re-flash, any help would bw appreciated at this point.

connect with IFA try a few times with a new image from the FTA section on here

Thanks for the help so far but the problem I have is that the box keeps switching into standby before the IFA can talk to it, causing the ethernet connection to disable, before any flashing can begin. Is the box now inoperable or can anyone else make suggestion please. All this was caused by incomplete flashing in the first place.

I have now got a new image but distinct lack of channels, are there any box setting that I have to adjust or will they appear over time ?

have u scanned? if so what img u using? have you set your location? can u slow scan?

I have just completed scan and have now got all channels eventually, and am now sorted, I would thank everyone for their assistance.
