Default Possible to change Dbox2 bootlogo?

Sup all,

I'm wondering if it's possible to change the bootlogo you see when booting the dbox easily, without having to recompile the entire image? Is it a JPG hidden somewhere or more complex?

Thanks

Edit: And what I mean by bootlogo is the one you see on the TV screen (like the blonde chick in Blade Quad), not the LCD image.

If you try and put a picture in and it won't fit the LogoViewer will tell you as I remember

there is a method i use to use years ago and i'm sure there's a quicker method now.....but here it is

here's a template Attachment 3377 this works for dbox2....you need to use tmpgenc, put the mcf file in the template folder in the tmpgenc folder....open tmpgenc - browse to required jpg or bmp - load template this gives you the correct size / settings for the dbox2 ie 720x568 mpeg1 - start encoder and it saves img as m1v file

Attachment 3378

- just upload using logo viewer.....

Of course, some people don't always want naked women on their TV when the box is booting up....
