thanks mate it worked a treat after i changed /tuxbox/config/zapit to /var/tuxbox/config/zapit "var" was the missing clue but still cant drag and drop it through i.e which doesnt matter now thanks to cuteftp so thank you for that programe it sorted it all out

Remember to set up your network properly, your new image will have a different IP address, change it to suit you PC IP ie box IP one more than PC IP.

lol i did say thanks but now i see the "thumb thanks" everythings sorted thanks to you and moo that cuteftp works but still had trouble getting into the tuxbox/config/zapit folder then i found out i should be using "VAR" as in var/tuxbox/config/zapit then i managed to get in folder and add my channels bada bing bada boom !!!
