PLEASE HELP Digivox firmware

Hi hope I have not broken any rules yet! I need help cos Im a stupid person who cannt finf on here how to update a digivox (its silver with halfsilver black front) tried to download a rar file but pc cannot find software for this rar ext. Cn anyone guide me slowly Pleeze and thank you

hi mate you have to use winrar to unrar the file. save the unrared file to desktop,then when you open the loader you know to browse to desktop to get it. you need a null cable to connect ur pc to box.turn box off then press download now turn box back on,may take a couple of tries. when flashed succesfully factory reset box full channel scan then go into menu turn emu on, highlight default keys to save exit out go to a pay channel and wait for it to update .all should be ok now. good luck, oh v400 is the latest firmware
