virgin zappin dboxes

hi i heard a whisper that virgin are going to zap all the boxes so they ppl will never be able to use them or broadcast on nirga 3 is this correct

if and when n3 is implemented it will take all stbs out..ev, starview, dbox ..the lot as they are not compatible with n3
