box number 1 used to work but now it does not power up(no red light) i've tried other power adaptors but still the box wont turn on.

and the problem with the other dreambox is that i cant tune any frequecies. i have tried different software dw 2.0, 2.1, 1.65 but still wont tune in the stations be it manual or automatic scan.

help please

If you sent known working settings, then most likely faulty tuner.

yes its a tuner fault. i opened the unit and the tuner is burnt.

where i can purchase a replacement tuner?

i have 2 new tuners (push in type) pay for the postage and you can have one
