Led simm flashtester error, picture attached, do you have any ideas?
This is my problem with my flashtester, i have bought the right lead, i've checked the ports and they seem to be working fine and the software recognises the ports, any help on this error?

Yes box is powered up, im sure the flash tester located properly as i can only fit it in one way , i'll try and set it to win 98 now and try that, and yes the contacts are clean
