new to flashing

hi my name is anthony i have just tried to flash my box with auto roll software but its not worked. This is what i did can somebody please check it over and let me know where going wrong

1,downloaded dnupman app
2,downloaded box software tbc toolbar
3,in dnupman saved channels upload
4,download button for software
5,box display said downloading
6,re loaded channels
7,done

what model of Eurovox do you have
which firmware did you flash with
what software version is on the box (Menu/Config/System Information)

anyway i flashed my box also & it hasnt worked today either

You really need to check which box you have, there are plenty of threads here to help you identify which box you have, once you have that post a message asking for help as a newbie their are good people on here who will help you, I would say email me but I don't get on here as much as I would like
