How to update Ditv-1000

Hi,
Can someone please help, I have an old Ditv-1000 on cr1 (exc&w) and I cannot update to the new software, used libby to set netid and still not update, used 4321 forced update and still not updating,

any thoughts pls

Open it up and have a look under the pcb

what area are you in? what is your net id sayinn in the eng man?

mate the netid is set correctly using libby, what do you mean look under the pcb? Do you have any pictures of the mod and how to undo it

PCB means printed circuit board hence the main board. The noupdate mod was some wires soldered to certain points under the main board. not sure of the points but u will see if they're there

thanks for the reply, bottom of pcb looks virgin and untouched, does the wembly trick still work and what is the netid???

are the chips still on the sim board

pin 11 will be lifted of the atmel check with a magnifing glass or is there a wire from the battery to the atty, dont cut it if you dont cut it if you dont know what your doing you wil get 8888

does it have 4 attys on the sim m8 if not then look for a wire from the batt to the atty if its there solder the leg back first then cut wire if neather are done then try 1111 ok then try 4321
