Default Question about Echostar boxes

Can any Echostar boxes in the uk or europe be hacked to get encrypted channels.If so how,and what encyptions are they hacking.I need this info pertaining to a court case here in the US. Thanks for any responces.

I don't believe there are any patches as such, it's easy to use a patched CI CAM (like the Diable or T-Rex) in an Echostar receiver. There are a few encryptions open with Patched CI CAM's including Nagravision, Conax, Viaccess & Cryptoworks
