Default SB5101 No power light but PC/activity light?

well i bought one off fleebay and has been flashed with infinite firmware, When i connect it up with just the power adapter then nothing comes on but as soon as i plug in the ethernet ONLY the activity light switches on, And i can connect to the NTL250 configurator with no troubles. (Ive done a SB5100 before without too much trouble, so im not a complete newbie)

Thanks in advance.

The lights not working properly on a flashed sb5101 is perfectly normal. Its because the firmware is a modified version of the firmware for the ambit 250.
