really stuck with settings on 7020s

hi. i have lost all my encrypted channels. i dont know what i have to do with flash fxp to get them back. i have done everything else but need to update the cccam config with channels list and what servers im using but dont know where to look or really how to use it. i connect to the dreambox with it but just get the files list and dont know where to edit or what to edit. cheers steve

I bought this dreambox off ebay and the seller set me up with it via msn messenger chat. i saved the conversation in case something like this happened. i have gone through it doing the following.

I have formatted the usb stick inserted into it. installed new gemini image to it. version Gemini_0440_DM7000.img.
I have downloaded the cccam 2.0.9 and cccam 2.0.9 config and installed them both.
I have forwarded ports 12000
16000
21
next i have installed my own services using dreamset216
all the info ip address and so on are set up on db and dhcp is off on router and db.
i have created a static ip address at no-ip.com
i dont know where to input this static ip address. when it came to this point in conversation he asked if he could log onto my db as its easier if he just does it and explains later on.
he did whatever he did and it all worked fine.
at the end of the conversation this was the explaination i received.

If you are just using CCcam with keys then you need to update the keys in /usr/keys. If you are sharing then you may have lost your dydndns address account and need to update it.

hi. im not sharing. just my own pc. i bought the db off ebay and guy helped my set it up. i saved message conversation just in case something happened like this. it went off a couple of times lost all channels i had to forward ports again in router and then re scan for channels for it to come back on. last time it wouldnt come back on. so formatted usb pen stick. went through conversation i had originally setting it up again. installed gemini image version Gemini_0440_DM7000.img then forwarded 3 ports 12000 16000 and 21 ftp in router. set up db ip 192.168.0.XX. i had to create a static ip. i did at no-ip.com. thats the only thing i havent input into dreambox. i have loaded services. the guy whilst messaging said can i log into your dreambox. i said yes and asked what he was doing. he replied later on when everything was working with this.

Im an electrical engineer and i have to understand how a machine of software works to see where its not working or something is missing but im very confused with this. i dont know what im looking for. ive seen many threads explaining editing the cccam config with c and f command lines but really stuck. sorry if all that was confusing to read. any help would be grately appreciated. cheers steve
