Just a bit more info guys...i have just installed my old pre-auto-update image...sportster...and the transponder scan is currently running...no problems as yet, will let you know how it goes

i think if i get this working now...with my new found ability to ftp files over i think i will just ftp the A/U myself and keep this image

unless any of you knows why my blade quad image wont scan that is...

assuming you have set my location correctly and re booted , initial scan should be done with sections scan off.

did u save your original img

if u did then: -

reflash that and ftp the bouquet and service files to ur pc, or use newtuxbox tools to get them, reflash blade quad and ftp the saved files over

if u didn't:-

then u shoild have and lesson learnt, always save, first rule of a dbox and after u saved save again.......

try setting my location in blade quad and turn fast scan off if it's an option.....

if u get a decent scan and service file copy it to ur pc from var/tuxbox/config/zapit folder

forget about the bouquet file unless u saved ur orig img when ur bouquets were sorted.....if this is the case u can save the orig service file as well.....if ur just putting the fresh img back on then u'll have to scan....soon as u get a decent scan save the img too...
