Blue Eurovox 2006 no audio

After a bit of help if anyone knows where i can find the right firmware to get some sound back on my Eurovox.Its been at the back of the cupboard for a while...well quite a while in fact after i upgraded last year.Anyway decided to get it up & running again for my little girls room.Took the 21-04-08 firmware update no probs but no bleddy sound!!
Searched for a fix but cant find anything anywhere....anyone on here experienced the same problem & would be kind enough to point me in the right direction??

have you tested it in another room @ all m8 to see if its the feed

also are you going to tv via scart or rf if rf it could be settings on box thats not right make sure its set to pal i

Have 2 boxes in other rooms working fine(all via scart)so tested & sound still aint working properly.Its barely audiable even with the TV & box set at max volume.....im sure ive seen an 'audio fix' update in the past even tho i wasnt looking for it at the time.Was wondering if this was a common problem at some point & maybe the fix is a bit harder to find than it once was?
