help needed with missing channels eurovox

hi all sorry for being a pest.a lot off my channels are gone.eg.mtv sky one ch 4 and kids.can any one help me as my 3 year old is driving me nuts.im in dublin and im nthell.thank in advance

You need to do a "Power Scan" to get them all back.

First clear all channels by going into Menu - Config - Clear Data (enter PIN 0000) - Erase All Channels - OK

Next go into Menu - Installation - User Installation (enter PIN 0000) - Press Yellow Button (Power Scan).
Start freq = 250.00MHz, Stop freq = 450.000, Symbol Rate = 6887
Then press OK and sit back and wait.

After tuning in all channels you are going to have to resort them into "FAV" groups, to do this press Menu - Channels - Add Favorites (enter PIN), now press one of the coloured buttons against each channel to match the group you want to put it into. Press "Fav" button a second time to get access to the next batch of "FAV"'s.

I suggest you get the latest fix by downloading the chatterbox toolbar, this will give you all the latest info and fixes

N*Hell swapped some channels & freq's around recently which affected the stations above. Only a rescan will sort them again or a download of the latest Channel file.

nt*hell did swap channels around but i'm surprised you havent had to re scan well b4 now due to the codes. you wont get sky one anymore as they lost the rights to that channel. full scan will do it. latest firmware is needed as well to update box when needed.

There was never a need to do a rescan after updating the codes as only the encryption key changed not the channel frequencies.

Sky one and sky two are available on N*L Ireland unlike the UK
