Default Missing Channels Help

Hi i am a total newbie to this and need help. I have both media portal with a tv server(+yanksee) and dvbdream(+vplug) installed on my pc. The problem is i am still missing channels like sly sp1. I have looked through loads of forums and tried every single combination of freq and still cant find it.

Also some channels are only picked up on media portal and others only on dvbdream.

Is my tt 1500 dvb-c card broken?

Can any one give me the pull list for freq?
I believe i am ex c&w 5c01 in south east london

Thanks in advance.

i am on the Bromley (ex. Cable & Wireless) platform, currently all the channels i have freq ending in 750mhz and what i think is the symbol rate of 6952

i used media portals manual search that supposedly picks up all transponders if you have the freq of one, but i prefer to use dvbdream as changing channels is a lot quicker

In the downloads (private fta 1st post, dvbc files) is a transponder file for dvbdream, with your correct symbolrate etc this should pick up most channels, you overwrite the 500.ini in dvbdream then do a scan.
