yes but now they will be included on the Freesat epg making them instantly and easily accessable.

But wasn't there a software update a while ago that let you find all the FTA channels anyway?

Yes i believe so. but i dont think it added them to the epg. i expect as new channels are added that all the program times and info is added to the Freesat epg. and also this will include support for the PVR receivers due out later this year.
