Default Help!!! Please...

I got a Eurovox Max V just last week...

It already appears that Ive got at least 10 channels missing including MTV Base and KISS music channel....the only two channels I watch mainly

...Im not even sure what the other channels are that are missing, Im not bothered to be honest..

But Ive read threads already which say that a powerscan will get the channels back...it does retrieve all the channels apart from the few I have missing...they're completely wiped off the box and I cant get them back however many times I try it it seems!!

Can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong and clearly explain how to go about fixing this problem??

Oh...and I'm on N*L if that helps..

Thanks in advance...

i have had a similar problem with some kids channels,i tried a couple of powerscans but it never seemed to find the tp's that they were transmitted on,eventually i found the frequencies from a friend who lives close by,i manually put the frequencies in and then just updated my channels after switching autosort off and hey presto it then found them.If you can find the frequencies for your area it may be worth a try.

I know what you mean by the TVch1, 2 etc. but none of those are comin up anymore to even check!!

I think I'll just have to try and figure out the frequencies and put them in manually..

Thanks Lads...

If anybody knows anything else that may help me, please let me know..
