sky card in spain

is there any way of geting my sky card chipped in england so it works in spain. ( it is the ordinary sky box not sky plus?)so i can recieve the sports channels that i get on my dbox?. I am not allowed a motorised dish in my place in spain?

You cant get a sky card chipped. you should still get the free channels with

your card, providing you have a big enough dish to receive the 2D footprint.

You could subscribe with an address in the uk.

have i got to subscribe or is there a way around it? as i intend to be out there permanent, i only want the sports channels.

No, you have to have a subscription, Sky uses a secure encryption system.

If this is not an option, then I can only suggest that you subscribe to a local provider.
