All sorted now !!!
Installed loader v1.5 then the recent January 2009 software but the software kept failing at 94% In the end, after trying everything and trying my patience too, I switched of the receiver with the USB stick still attached. When it rebooted, I rebooted from the USB stick and it correctly loaded both the loader file and the software. ITV HD is now successfully scanned in
