Question Should EPG run like this?

Hi just wondered if it is possible to get the EPG working solidly, does anybody else constantly have missing info, as the majority of the time I am lucky to get now and next, a lot of the time just says no information on nearly all channels, when now and next is working there are no more entries beyond that most of the time, Channel 4 seems to hardly ever have the info there, Is this a problem with my box or the signal or is it just the way it is, Im not complaining just still figuring out if everything is working properly, I think the deal is great regardless, just would be nice to iron out these problems if possible.

Also not used that file yet that Jay sent me as picture has been fine recently could this help sort the EPG problem out? - Thanks
