Default Flashed - now power scan info required

Flashed - ok
want to power scan
messed it up, so what is the following for newport / cardiff
start
stop
symbol
step etc

Ensure cable feed is in RF in.

Turn on the box and press menu
Press the right button to highlight CONFIG.
Use the down arrow to highlight CLEAR DATA.
Press OK and when asked for PIN enter 1004.(Or 0000)
Use the down button to highlight FACTORY DEFAULT and press OK on the remote control.
Select 1 for V**** /T******t or 2 for V*****/N** and press OK twice.
Press the right arrow to select FULL SCAN and press OK on the remote control.
Wait until all channels have been founds,can take a while.
