bad password detected

Hi guys, I am trying to get the BK/ IRD from a titanium 2 card. It is my cusins and they brought it from a trader, it has since gone of and i cant get it to read using my USB Unlimited in Phoenix mode. get I get the following in:

It then pops up a window asking for a backdoor password.

PS. I also tried BoxGetPC2 but no luxck in geting the BK

is the atr ok now and you could try glitching card

put in nagra and test see if atr comes up .
also when your doing you card are you useing a 9 pin male to female cable rs232 if not that what the prob is if you are is it set to 98me let me know.
test the atr in nagra,i saw this post in dw as well was going to reply their but here is ok

is that what you mean?and the cable has got 9 holes which plugs into the pc slot which is 9 pins.

yes its ok if it was not it would say .
and yes to the 9 pin in pc

when you have it in do you have in phonix mod if not this is the prob
